Orders ship within 10 - 12 business days. Orders requiring hand engraving will be shipped in 15 business days. Contact us for expedited delivery or special requests.

All orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS Ground (delivery within 1-7 business days within United States). Orders received after 3 pm Pacific Standard time or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We may not ship to a PO Box. Contact us for expedited shipping options.

Online orders: SUZAN accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Purchases are charged to your card upon placement of your order.

Sales Tax

SUZAN is required by law to charge California state residents 8.75% sales tax on all products. Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the state of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.

Returns

We accept returns for exchange or studio credit only, within 30 days of purchase date (as indicated on receipt in shipment). All exchanges are fulfilled once we are in receipt of the original merchandise and merchandise is in original condition. Please ship to SUZAN at 1733 Monrovia Ave. Suite U, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. Please insure the package for the full purchase price.

Repairs

For repairs please send us your jewelry piece and all components. Please note original size or length and your contact information. Pieces purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please call 949.646.6009 or 1.800.742.6750 and request a return authorization number. We do not accept packages for items purchased from other retailers without return authorization.

Your personal information is not shared with any other party. We only request the information we need to process your order.

Cancelled Orders

We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item with an incorrect price due to a typographical error or for an item ordered which is out of stock or no longer available. SUZAN shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SUZAN shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

All material on the SUZAN website (including, without limitation, drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, sound tracks, written text, logos, trademarks) are and shall remain the exclusive property of SUZAN.
